What we do:

Building surveys and valuations, inspections of properties being extensively refurbished or indeed newly built, including interim reports and final snagging lists and we can arrange for a number of professional services from timber inspections, damp reports, CCTV drain inspections as may be required.

What I offer is a thorough high quality product using my many years of detailed experience to produce a prompt intelligible and useful report.

It is a very common fallacy that surveyors are all the same, that their reports are full of jargon and with so many exclusions that there is no information of value on which a discriminating buyer could rely.  Not so!  For over 25 years I have been providing detailed professional inspections with reports reduced to the essentials and written in plain English. Some clients have even commented favourably!

The properties I survey are normally top quality houses and flats in prime Central London or Country Houses.  Some need refurbishment and others are finished.  Specialised properties need an experienced specialist eye often beyond the knowledge and experience of many surveyors.  You would not ask a Ford mechanic to service a Bentley.

Speed and accuracy are both vital.  Some clients instruct me the day after seeing a property expecting to exchange contracts within 2-3 days and sometimes less.  If humanly possible I will meet their deadlines.

Most clients come through word of mouth and introductions from leading solicitors,  acquisition agents and previous clients and all rely on the quality and speed of response that I provide.
